Obama Is/Was A Kenyan Citizen
Under the Independence Constitution of Kenya, Obama
became a
Kenyan citizen on December 12, 1963. There is no record that he has ever renounced
his Kenyan citizenship. On his senate web site, Obama tap dances
around his own dual nationality when discussing his father. Obama
obviously knows, because his father told him, that he also held/holds
Kenyan nationality.
Once again, we find Barry O concealing fascinating information about his
identity. There is nothing unusual about dual nationality.
Indeed, ancient Roman Law doctrines of jus sanguini and jus soli come
into play, because both Kenya and the U. S. recognize dual nationality.
Once again, the issue is not "legality." The issue is the
cover-up; Obama’s concealment of his own identity. From us, and
most of all from himself.
Obama was also registered in both of the Jakarta schools he attended as
a citizen of Indonesia. Does he also enjoy Indonesian citizenship?
Inquiring minds want to know.
Obama Returns To His Roots
In August, 1985, Obama travels to Kenya for
the first time. (Some reports have the year as 1986, and some as late as
1988)
Obama's 40-year-old cousin Said Hussein Obama
commented, "My cousin found it
difficult when he came here to learn of his six half-brothers and
sisters were born to four different mothers.
Obama's left hand is on the shoulder of Kezia, Obama Sr.'s first wife,
who said, "The first time I met Barack Jr. was when he came to Kenya
in 1985. He was so much like his father, his looks, his voice,
everything. It was like seeing my husband all over again."
In addition to Obama's half-sister, Auma (Obama's right hand),
Kezia has three sons by Barack Sr. Her two youngest,
Bernard and Abo, live in Nairobi. They are all Muslims.
There Are No Facts
In researching Obama's mythology, there are no facts. Here is
an example.
The above source says Obama went to Kenya in 1985,
1986, or 1989, but here's a source that says it was 1983:
A Sunday Nation team that set out to trace Obama's roots was
surprised to
find that, unknown to many, Obama has actually been to this village
twice. First in 1983, when he had come to mourn his late father, Barack
Hussein Obama, who had died in Nairobi in 1982. He managed to slip
quietly into the village, pray at his father's graveyard and meet a few
relatives and villagers.
Return Of The Native
Obama visited Kenya again, in August, 2006 -- this
time on the taxpayers' dime.
While he was in the northeast of Kenya, Obama was photographed as a
Somali elder, in full Muslim regalia.
The photo appears in the
February 4th, 2008 edition of "The Examiner," under the caption,
"Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama is dressed in Muslim
attire while on a trip to Kenya." (Click source image to enlarge)
[Geeska Afrika caption:] U.S. Senator Barack Obama, right, is dressed as
a Somali Elder by Sheikh Mahmed Hassan, left, during his visit to Wajir,
a rural area in northeastern Kenya, near the borders with Somalia and
Ethiopia. The area is at the epicenter of a severe drought that has hit
the Horn of Africa region, after erratic and insufficient rains during
the April-June season.
So it isn’t a faked photograph after all.
Oddly enough, there are other
photographs of Mr. Obama during his (taxpayer funded) trip to Kenya
in August 2006, where he is wearing what would appear to be the same red
shirt, khaki pants and wristwatch.
Indeed, there was even a movie
made to document Mr. Obama’s historic (taxpayer funded) trip to his
father’s homeland. (Again, note the red shirt).
Obama Illegally Campaigns In Africa
During this visit,
Obama's Criticism Irks Kenyan Government. Government Says Obama Is A Stooge For Political Opposition by Mike Flannery, CBS 2 Political Editor
(August) There are signs of tension between Sen. Barack Obama and
African leaders. On Monday, Obama stepped up his criticism of
government corruption in Kenya.
At the University of Nairobi, the senator offered more pointed
criticism, something he's done almost every day since arriving last
week. After remaining largely silent, the government of President
Mwai Kibaki is beginning to respond, suggesting that Obama may have
fallen under the spell of opposition leader Raila Odinga,
Obama's cousin.
Odinga, is a member of Obama's ancestral tribe, the Luo, and a Muslim.
He is the son of Senior’s sister, a direct
first cousin and nephew of Obama's father.
A potential presidential candidate himself, Odinga's been at Obama's
elbow here fairly often and is a member of the Obama family's Luo tribe.
"Sen. Obama has to look at critically about where he's receiving his
advice from," said government spokesman Dr. Alfred Mutua. "Just because
somebody, somewhere wants to run for president and is using Sen. Obama
as his stooge, as his puppet to be able to get to where he wants to get
to."
Obama
campaigns for Raila Odinga during his 2006 visit to Kenya.
Where are the transcripts of the speeches he gave here? Wouldn’t
it be great to be able to read them? Do the people of the state of
Illinois know about Obama’s radical background?
The Dual Allegiance Question
Obama was involved in campaigning actively for the election of Raila
Odinga for President of Kenya. This act was undertaken by Obama
when he owed allegiance to the USA as a US Senator. The BBC
reported on Obama’s activity for Odinga, who is now Prime Minister of
Kenya.
It is illegal, by
US Statute under 18 USC, Part 1, Chapter 115, Sec.2381 to give aid and
comfort to our enemies. To do so is treason. Odinga is
directly associated with the people who bombed (2) US Embassies.
One in Tanzania and one in Nairobi. Obama supported this terrorist
Odinga.
Odinga claimed to be Obama’s "cousin" and reportedly Obama has
continued to take undue interest in and with Odinga and his policy
stance on Kenyan politics.
Luo's Rule
After Obamas 2006 visit, Odinga
supporters
created T-shirts and posters with computer-altered images showing Obama
Jr. and Kenyan presidential candidate Odinga standing side by side with
arms around each other.
That caused one excited Kenyan blogger to write, "in 2009, we might see
a Luo president in Kenya, a Luo president in the USA, and a Luo
ambassador in Washington, D.C."
Odinga Visits Cousin Barack
In June, 2007, Raila flew to the US, where he
held talks with Senator Barack Obama, one of the candidates seeking the
Democratic Party ticket to vie for the American presidency.
Odinga Runs For President Of Kenya
Obama and Odinga
share the
same Luo heritage and history and has made it possible for them to share
the same spotlight at this defining moment in Kenyan and American
histories about hope and fear.
Raila Odinga, who is Obama's first cousin, has, in his
own words, a "close personal friendship" with Obama. When
Obama went to Kenya in August of 2006, he was hosted by Raila and spoke
in praise of him at several rallies in Nairobi. Obama’s bias for
his fellow Luo was so blatant that a Kenya government spokesman
denounced
Obama during his visit as Raila’s "stooge."
Odinga Loses
On the 27th, Raila Odinga, Obama’s
cousin, lost the presidential
election in Kenya. In true Marxist fashion, Odinga
rallied his Luo followers in western Kenya, ordering them to the streets, demanding
a new election -- and the violence commenced.
In classic Marxist tradition, Obama's Kenyan 1st cousin, Raila Odinga, accusing President Mwai Kibaki of stealing the Dec. 27
election,
Kibaki "must step down or there must be a re-election -- in this I will
not be compromised. You cannot steal my cow, and I catch you
red-handed, and then expect me to share the milk because the cow is
mine."
More than 1,000 people, mostly Kikuyu Christians, have been killed, and
300,000 others have been forced from their homes by Odinga's followers
-- this from a guy who made a deal to install an Islamic government in
Kenya.
Islam Picked Odinga
Islam
had picked Raila to win.
The Evangelical Alliance of Kenya
has posted
on its website a photograph copy of a Memorandum of Understanding, dated
and signed on August 29, 2007, between Raila Odinga and Shiekh Abdullah
Abdi, chairman of the National Muslim Leaders Forum of Kenya.
Here is a summary on the agreement which was signed:
• It pledges the support of Kenyan Moslems for Raila’s election.
In return, as President of Kenya, Raila agrees to 14 actions, listed a)
through n) on page two.
• Within 6 months re-write the Constitution of Kenya to recognize Shariah as the only true law sanctioned by the Holy Quran for Muslim
declared regions.
• Within one year facilitate the establishment of a Shariah court in
every Kenyan divisional headquarters. [Note: everywhere in Kenya,
not just in "Muslim declared regions."]
• Popularize Islam, the only true religion… by ordering every primary
school in Kenya in the regions to conduct daily Madrassa classes.
• Impose a total ban on open-air gospel crusades by worshippers of the
cross…
• Outlaw gospel programs… on KBC, the National Broadcaster.
• Impose a total ban on the public consumption of alcoholic beverages…
• Impose an
immediate ban on women’s public dressing styles that are considered
immoral and offensive to the Muslim faith…
Obama's involvement in Kenyan politics, whether tribal or religious, is
bothersome.
Raila
vowed to go ahead with a "million man" protest rally Thursday that
many fear could worsen the wave of political and ethnic violence that
humanitarian groups say has already killed 300 people and displaced
100,000.
Opposition leader Raila Odinga called the march to protest President
Mwai Kibaki's re-election in the Dec. 27 vote, insisting the disputed
poll was a sham.
According to
witnesses, the mob was mostly Kalenjins,
Luhyas and Luos, the followers of Raila Odinga.
They overran Kikuyu guards in front of the
church and then pulled out cans of gasoline. There were no police officers around, witnesses
said, and no water to put the fire out.
Most people escaped. But in addition to those killed, dozens were
hospitalized with severe burns. Witnesses said
most of the people hiding inside had been women
and children.
The Eldoret area has become a killing zone. Residents say dozens of Kikuyus have been hacked
to death, including four who were beheaded on
Monday.
On one main road, police fired tear gas and
water cannons to push back a crowd of several
hundred people from the Kibera slum holding
branches and white flags. One of them,
22-year-old Edward Muli, said: "Without Raila
there will be no peace."
The rally, Odinga said, aimed to "to communicate
to our people, to inform them where we are
coming from, where we are and where we want to
go."
Obama's Proud
Obama "Proud" of Militant Muslim Brother
February 27, 2008
Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) is proud of his brother, Abongo ‘Roy’ Obama,
who converted to Islam from Christianity. Sounds innocent enough
if you read the Examiner.com article about Obama’s ties to his African
family and their mixed religious backgrounds.
Here’s what the Examiner (D.C.) reported on Jan. 29, 2007 about Obama’s
affection for brother, Roy:
“‘The person who made me proudest of all,’ Obama wrote, ‘was Roy.
Actually, now we call him Abongo, his Luo name, for two years ago he
decided to reassert his African heritage. "He converted to Islam, and
has sworn off pork and tobacco and alcohol.’”
Now, piece that together with a Jan. 15, 2008 report from Investor’s
Business Daily (that appears nearly a year after the Examiner.com
article) which introduces us to the real Roy, and you’ll see why there’s
reason to question Obama’s brotherly love for his militant Muslim
brother.
Obama has close family ties to Kenya, and even founded a school in his
ancestral village -- the Senator Obama School.
In the bloody conflict there, which already has claimed some 700 lives,
Obama appears to have sided with opposition leader Raila Odinga, head of
the same Luo tribe to which Obama’s late Muslim father belonged.
Obama’s older brother still lives there. Abongo ‘Roy’ Obama is a Luo
activist and a militant Muslim who argues that the black man must
‘liberate himself from the poisoning influences of European culture.’ He
urges his younger brother to embrace his African heritage.
Beyond family politics, these ties have potential foreign policy, even
national security, implications.
The story remains untold to what extent Obama is committed to embracing
his African heritage and supporting the militant activities of his
brother, Roy, or the anti-Christian declarations of Raila Odinga, who
claims to be his cousin. I think we already have a good idea about
the leanings of his wife, Michelle, as evidenced by her tolerance for
"white oppressors."
Not A Dime
In December, Obama,
speaking about his ability to handle
international affairs, said, "If, as president, I travel to a poor
country to talk to leaders there, they will know I have a grandmother in
a small village in Africa without running water, devastated by malaria
and AIDS."
"What that allows me to do is talk honestly not only about our need to
help them, but about poor countries' obligation to help themselves.
There are cousins of mine in Kenya who can't get a job without paying an
exorbitant bribe (it's called baksheesh) to some midlevel functionary. I can talk about
that."
What Obama is less likely you tell you is that his step-grandmother,
Sarah Hussein Obama, is a lifelong
Muslim. "I am a strong believer of the Islamic faith."
she says.
Obama in
dashiki
Talk, talk, talk ... one would think that Obama, a wealthy and powerful
man, would have done something to directly help his poor
relatives. He hasn't -- not a dime.
Obama '08 -- Kenyan Style
This picture comes not from Wisconsin, Hawaii, Ohio, Texas, or any of
the states with upcoming primary contests. Rather, this image comes from
President Bush's February, 2008, trip to Africa, where the race to succeed
him has also created quite a bit of excitement.
Those Aren't Episcopalians
Residents of a remote Kenyan town plan to
demonstrate on Friday, after a photo of U.S. presidential
hopeful Barack Obama in Somali dress took centre stage in an
increasingly acrimonious race for the White House.
The picture, which appeared on a U.S. Web site, showed the Illinois
senator donning a Muslim elder's headdress and robes during a 2006 trip
to Wajir in northeastern Kenya.
Ahmed Sheikh Bahalow, a retired teacher and elder from ethnically (read
Muslim) Somali Wajir, said his community was offended by the insinuation
Obama had done anything wrong on his visit.
"The Somali community and in particular those living in Kenya have never
been that interested in America politics," Bahalow told Reuters in the
central town of Isiolo. "But we are following it keenly now because we
have been provoked."
Wajir residents planned to demonstrate in the town after Friday prayers
to show their support for Obama, he said.
Those aren't Episcopalians praying on Friday evening.
Obama Meddles
As Obama's campaign entered March 2008, Obama continued to
support Kenya's
Raila
Odinga, his first cousin, even as Odinga continued with his attempts to
overthrow the current government of Kenya, and replace it with a
terror-supporting dictatorship.
Odinga's father, Jaramogi Ajuma Oginga Odinga, was a hardcore
Marxist-Leninist revolutionary (see
this article) who attempted to topple the government of Kenya on
behalf of the Soviets and the Red Chinese.
Raila Odinga, Jaramogi Odinga's son -- and Barack Obama's first cousin,
via Barack Senior's sister -- received his education in Soviet East
Germany. He named his son after Fidel Castro -- and by all
available evidence, is following in his father's Communist footsteps.
Here is the "Memorandum
of Understanding" between the Marxist, Hon. Raila Amolo Odinga,
representing the Otange Democratic Movement (ODM) and the Islamist,
National Muslim Leaders Forum (NAMLEF).
The document is dated 08/29/2007. In this document, Raila Odinga
(Candidate) states the following:
"... recognizes Islam as the only true religion ..."
And, the National Muslim Leaders, who "... recognize The Candidate who
has the interests of the Kenyan Muslim community at heart."
The document describes the contract between Odinga and the Muslims to
convert democratic Kenya into an Islamic state.
Odinga And Al Qaeda
In April, 2008, oil industry sources said that one of the things that helped Raila
make a quick buck in the oil business was a concessionary petroleum deal
he struck with the Al Bakri Group where he was incorporated as a silent
partner in the local arm of Al Bakri International.
Abdulkader Al Bakri listed
as a defendant in the First Amendment Complaint suit brought by
various insurance companies against al Qaeda and associated
organizations and individuals. Within that suit is mentioned
documents (known as the Golden Chain document) picked up by Bosnian
police on a raid on a charitable front organization for al Qaeda in
Sarajevo. One of the listed documents is the "Tareekh Osama"
("Osama’s History") in which Abdulkader al Bakri aka Abdel Qader Bakri
gets a prominent listing.
So, when a man like Raila Odinga is linked with Abdulkader al Bakri, you
are not making a minor connection, but one directly into al Qaeda.
Such are the vagaries of making political bedfellows in other Nations...
Odinga Gets Left In The Lurch
And Obama throws
one more under the "Change Bus" as he is absent from the list of dignitaries with whom Kenyan Prime
Minister Raila Odinga, Obama's Marxist cousin, is scheduled to confer
during his June 2008 visit to Washington.
Obama Breaks Promise To African
Village
In his father's village of Kogelo, near the Equator in western Kenya,
there is
concealed a
troubling reality that, until July, 2008, had never been spoken about.
Barack Obama, the Evening Standard can reveal, after we went to the
village earlier this month, has failed to honour the pledges of
assistance that he made to a school named in his honour when he visited
here amid great fanfare two years ago.
At that historic homecoming in August 2006 Obama was greeted as a hero
with thousands lining the dirt streets of Kogelo. He visited the
Senator Obama Kogelo Secondary School built on land donated by his
paternal grandfather. After addressing the pupils, a third of whom
are orphans, and dancing with them as they sang songs in his honour, he
was shown a school with four dilapidated classrooms that lacked even
basic resources such as water, sanitation and electricity.
He told the assembled press, local politicians (who included current
Kenyan Prime Minister Raila Odinga), and students: "Hopefully I can
provide some assistance in the future to this school and all that it can
be." He then turned to the school's principal, Yuanita Obiero, and
assured her and her teachers: "I know you are working very hard and
struggling to bring up this school, but I have said I will assist the
school and I will do so."
Obiero says that although Obama did not explicitly use the word
"financial" to qualify the nature of the assistance he was offering,
"there was no doubt among us [teachers] that is what he meant. We
interpreted his words as meaning he would help fund the school, either
personally or by raising sponsors or both, in order to give our school
desperately-needed modern facilities and a facelift." She added
that 10 of the school's 144 pupils are Obama's relatives. Obiero
was not the only one to think that the US Senator from Illinois, who had
recently acquired a $1.65 million house in Chicago, would cough up.
Obama's own grandmother Sarah confidently told reporters before his
visit: "When he comes down here, he will change the face of the school
and, believe me, our poverty in Kogelo will be a thing of the past."
But the Evening Standard has heard that the promises he made to help the
school as well as a local orphanage appear to have been empty.
The letter Obiero refers to -- dated 22 June 2005, signed by Obama and
addressed to her -- was written after his election to the US Senate in
2004 and hangs, framed, on the wall of her spartan office alongside
photographs of Obama's visit to their school. It says: "I am
honoured that you have decided to rename the Kogelo School in my name.
The land that the school is built on was donated by my grandparents and
I am proud to carry on the tradition of supporting the school."
Obiero and her board of governors followed up his letter offering "
support" with a bald, formal request for funds in the form of a
nine-page proposal, a copy of which has been provided to the Evening
Standard, laying out their ambitions for the school. In it they
ask for 8.2 million Kenyan shillings (approximately £65,000) to upgrade
the school. The money would be used, they say, to bring water to
the school by sinking a borehole and building a water tank, erect a
perimeter fence, complete the science laboratory and add much needed new
classrooms, additional latrines, and a school dining hall.
Obiero recalls: "When the US Ambassador William Bellamy came to visit
the school for the official renaming ceremony in February 2006, we gave
him two copies of the proposal, one for the Embassy and one to give to
Senator Obama. But we have not heard anything from either of them
since."
Recently, she adds, she gave another copy of the proposal to Obama's
Kenyan half-sister, Auma Obama, who recently returned to Nairobi after
living in England and working in children's services in Reading.
Auma had been married to a British man but they are now divorced.
"Auma also promised to pass it on to her brother," says Obiero.
When we ask an Obama spokesperson in Kenya, who is also a family member,
why no support has been forthcoming, he says: "We have no comment,
the family are not doing any interviews at this time."
Citizen of Kenya Question Resurfaces
Just today, courtesy of the Rocky Mountain News, we
confirmed that Barack aka Barry Soetoro Obama was a citizen of Kenya
since 1963. Barack has yet to stipulate when he renounced or
relinquished that citizenship. That will be a distracting issue in
the upcoming campaign.
Americans don’t want to elect a Kenyan or an Indonesian as President. It is that
simple.
Taxpayer Dollars To Africa
Senator Barack Obama will
partner
Nigeria as a major ally of the United States on the African continent if
he wins the presidential election for the White House, says his
campaign.
Obama's Foreign Policy Adviser, Ambassador Wendy R. Sherman, told
THISDAY that Nigeria was an important country in Africa, not only in
terms of its sheer size but because of its growing economy and its
influence on the continent.
"Nigeria is obviously a very important country in Africa. It has a
growing economy, a large population and a democracy with some bumps on
the way. Senator Obama has spoken of the importance of Africa in
terms of the growing world economy... the importance of trade, African
labour and failed states of which Nigeria is not."
Obama won't waste a moment to send billions of
your taxpayer dollars to Africa, but he won't send a dime of his own
money.
He has failed to
live up to the promise
of assistance that he made to a school named in his honor in his
father's village of Kogelo, or
send a $10 bill
to his brother George, who is living in a 4 X 6 shack on $1 per month.
Obama Is Tight With His Money
Obama hasn't been financially helpful to his poor
relatives in Africa, including a brother living on $1 a month. He
also broke his promise to aid a school, named in his honor, in his
father's village.
Here's
more evidence that the Obamas are tight with their money.
These numbers include monies contributed to their racist church.
However, Obama wants to send $845 billion of your tax dollars to
third-world hellholes via his
Global
Poverty Act.
Corsi Detained In Africa
A leading American neo-conservative author has been
detained by immigration authorities in Kenya as he tried to launch a
book smearing Barack Obama.
Jerome Corsi, of Swift Boat Veterans for Truth fame, was this morning
being held after failing to reckon with Obamamania.
He had been planning to launch his book, entitled The Obama Nation
Leftist Politics and the Cult of Personality, before travelling to one
of Nairobi's slums to donate money to the Senator's half-brother George,
who was found living in squalid conditions two months ago.
On October 6th, 2008, officers swooped in hours after Dr. Corsi was described as "author of a
smear crusade" by local newspapers.
Journalists were turned away from the hotel suite where the launch was
due to be held. "He shouldn't have had anything in the paper this
morning," said one. "That was his mistake. He should have
kept it secret."
Obama's Democratic operatives in the Missouri
government tried this with less success. Kenyans don't have a 1st
Amendment -- we may not have one either if Obama is successful in his
campaign for POTUS.
He's Jesus
One Kenyan
shouted,
"This man is Jesus," spilling his Guinness as Obama began his inaugural
address. "When will he come to Kenya to save us?" If Obama’s
spin doctors have been trying to lower expectations since his election
victory, the message clearly has not reached the land of his father…
"Now he is president we will get food and jobs," said Ben Ochieng,
as he danced to the traditional music that replaced the planned show…
"It is right that when people get power they look after their
family, so we know that Obama will build lots of good things for us,
like schools and roads and clinics," said George Opiyo.
Obama To Visit Africa In July
Obama will
visit Africa for the first time since being sworn in as the first black
U.S. leader when he travels to Ghana in July, 2009, a trip many Africans hope
will herald powerful help for their poor continent.
Ghanaians
celebrated Washington's decision to choose their country for Obama's
debut in Africa, where he is a hugely popular figure.
They said
the visit represents a chance for Ghana, which expects to start
producing oil in 2011, to press its claims for greater engagement with
the West.
Ghana, a gold and cocoa exporting country whose economy
is struggling with inflation of more than 20 percent and a high budget
deficit, is in talks with the International Monetary Fund to secure $1
billion to boost its foreign exchange reserves.
"During his
visit, Obama will hold bilateral talks with his Ghanaian counterpart,
President John Evans Atta Mills, aimed at strengthening the fraternal
relations existing between the two countries," the foreign ministry said
in a statement.
Many Africans had hoped Obama's inauguration
would mark the start of a new U.S. push to alleviate the poverty,
hunger, conflict and corruption that blight much of the continent, but
Obama's first four months in power have been dominated by the financial
crisis at home.
Obama will also visit Cape Coast, a former slave
trading hub in Ghana.
Obama’s Kenyan, Anti-Colonial Worldview
Newt Gingrich
cited a recent Forbes
article by Dinesh D’Souza, former House speaker Newt Gingrich tells
National Review Online that Obama may follow a "Kenyan, anti-colonial"
worldview.
Gingrich says that D’Souza has made a "stunning
insight" into Obama’s behavior -- the "most profound insight I have read
in the last six years about Barack Obama."
"What if [Obama] is so
outside our comprehension, that only if you understand Kenyan,
anti-colonial behavior, can you begin to piece together [his actions]?"
Gingrich asks. "That is the most accurate, predictive model for
his behavior."
"This is a person who is fundamentally out of
touch with how the world works, who happened to have played a wonderful
con, as a result of which he is now president," Gingrich tells us.
"I think he worked very hard at being a person who is normal,
reasonable, moderate, bipartisan, transparent, accommodating -- none of
which was true," Gingrich continues. "In the Alinksy tradition, he
was being the person he needed to be in order to achieve the position he
needed to achieve... He was authentically dishonest."
"[Obama] is
in the great tradition of Edison, Ford, the Wright Brothers, Bill Gates
-- he saw his opportunity and he took it," Gingrich says. Will
Gingrich take it back in 2012? "The American people may take it
back, in which case I may or may not be the recipient of that, but I
have zero doubt that the American people will take it back. Unlike
Ford, the Wright Brothers, et cetera, this guy’s invention did not
work."
"I think Obama gets up every morning with a worldview that
is fundamentally wrong about reality," Gingrich says. "If you look
at the continuous denial of reality, there has got to be a point where
someone stands up and says that this is just factually insane."
Avoiding The Next Obama
L.E. Ikenga says that in times like these, it
is tempting to focus only on the issue at hand. But if you do, you
do so at your own peril. As I watch what is happening to this
great country, I find myself just shaking my head more and more while
thinking, Mark Twain was absolutely right: "history does not always
repeat itself, but it does often rhyme."
My Igbo parents came to
this great country from Nigeria. They arrived a few years after
Nigeria's independence from Great Britain. In Nigeria, it was a
time of unprecedented cultural and political turmoil, which allowed
politicians very much like Barack Obama to continue to seep into
Nigeria's political system. These politicians all promised a
change from the past. And unfortunately, they ended up fulfilling
their promises. What these politicians ended up changing was the
very fabric of the African societies, which they had been taught to see
as unsophisticated and inferior.
I call these men, who appeared
all over Africa in the wake of independence, African Colonial
politicians (ACP's). They were the direct offspring of the
European Imperialists, imposing radical European leftist political
theory on tribal cultures. ACP's and their unscrupulous followers
were able to almost completely destroy many African cultures.
For
the most part, these ACP's were intellectual frauds, completely unworthy
of the honors bestowed upon them. But they sounded and looked
good; so the people listened to them. With their fancy Oxbridge
degrees, grandiloquent speeches given with perfectly accented "Queen's
English", finely tailored European suits, and fabled family histories,
ACP's took the masses by storm.
ACP's convinced their
constituents that they were as dumb as baboons and did not have what it
took to make good decisions for themselves and for the future.
They made Africans feel embarrassed about their entire histories and
conservative values. They persuaded Africans to follow the
"European way" of doing things, and assured that this blueprint for
progress was one that could not fail.
The people believed them.
And so, over the course of many decades, and by means of the standard
instruments of cultural indoctrination that included liberal education,
elite professional career paths, and new religious and political
paradigms, Africans began to consume ideas and theories that implicitly
alienated them from their own roots. Today, many of those Africans
and their respective cultures are well on their way to being nothing
more than topics for discussion at some freshman anthropology seminar at
some elite university.
Colonialism in Africa ended but the ACP
remained. He is now a touchstone in African political culture --
and so are his imperialist policies. The ACP will never go away.
He dominates all politics, all of the time. His presence is
ubiquitous. He is being cloned by the thousands everyday at
universities in Africa and in other parts of the world. Marxist
mentors rear him in his professional and private life. Thus, he
has been taught to see himself as a benevolent Pan-Africanist.
Instead, he is an uncontrollable cancer, steadily pushing African
cultures to the point of extinction.
This all happened because
African conservatives lost their way, took their cultures for granted,
and underestimated the cupidity of their wanton politicians. They
failed to make adjustments that would have helped to preserve their
necessary values. The challenge for any culture is knowing when
and how to make these adjustments, because if you do not, you die.

Obama's Cousin Orders Arrest Of Homosexuals
Barack Obama's
first cousin, Kenyan Prime
Minister Raila Odinga, has ordered a nationwide crackdown on homosexuals
in Kenya.
On Sunday, Odinga said that police should arrest anyone
found engaging in such behaviors and take appropriate legal action
against them.
"We will not tolerate such behaviors in the
country. The constitution is very clear on this issue and men or
women found engaging in homosexuality will not be spared," Odinga said.
"Any man found engaging in sexual activities with another man should
be arrested. Even women found engaging in sexual activities will
be arrested," the premier warned.
Speaking at a public rally at
the Kamukunji grounds in his Nairobi’s Kibera constituency on Sunday
afternoon, the Prime Minister cited the recent population census results
which put the ratio of men to women equal and wondered why people should
engage in homosexuality.
"This [homosexual] kind of behaviors
will not be tolerated in this country. Men or women found engaging
in those acts deserve to be arrested and will be arrested," he told the
crowd.
He said leaders who were propagating rumors of same sex
marriages in Kenya during campaigns for the new Constitution had failed
miserably because Kenyans did not buy their propaganda.
"Those
were lies from leaders who wanted to confuse Kenyans to reject the new
law; the Constitution is very clear on that matter. It does not
state anywhere that same sex marriage is legal in Kenya," he added.
The Bill of Rights under chapter four of the new Constitution states
that: "Every adult has the right to marry a person of the opposite sex,
based on the free consent of the parties."
A move by Uganda to
introduce a Bill calling for long jail terms or death penalty in some
cases of homosexuality received international condemnation, with cousin
Barack Obama describing it as "odious."
He said: "But surely we
can agree that it is unconscionable to target gays and lesbians for who
they are, whether it is here in the United States or... more extremely,
in odious laws that are being proposed more recently in Uganda."
But notwithstanding Obama’s remarks, homosexual acts are now illegal in
Uganda and attracts jail terms of up to 14 years in prison.
