Debbie Schussle
wants to know if President-elect Barack Hussein Obama committed a
federal crime?
Did he never actually
register and, instead, did friends of his in the Chicago federal records
center, which maintains the official copy of his alleged Selective
Service registration commit the crime for him?
It's either one or the other, as indicated by the release of Barack
Obama's official Selective Service registration for the draft. A friend
of mine, who is a retired federal agent, spent almost a year trying to
obtain this document through a Freedom of Information Act request, and,
after much stonewalling, finally received it and released it to me.
But the release of Obama's draft registration and an accompanying
document, posted below, raises more questions than it answers. And it
shows many signs of fraud, not to mention putting the lie to Obama's
claim that he registered for the draft in June 1979, before it was
required by law.
Did Obama actually ever register with
the Selective Service? If so, did he register late? Did
he
registered at all? Which birth certificate did he present? The COLB shown during the 2008 presidential campaign
was dated 2007, so we know it wasn't that one.
The Sonoran News
has stated
in an article entitled, Obama conspiracy -- It’s no longer just a
theory, that "It became obvious records
were created after the fact for Obama and were later changed."
Why has this image
been made available to the public through FOIA requests, but his birth
certificate, college records, school records, medical records, and
passport records have not?
Was an amendment to Obama’s Selective
Service file made in 1991 or not?
Why are there two different
DLNs for the same SS record?
Why was the record accessed on
September 9, 2008, two days after Obama appeared on national TV during
the campaign discussing his registration with the Selective Service?
Could any FOIA requests resulting from the television interview already
have been received at that time by Mr. Flahavan’s office? Was
someone trying to cover for Obama and therefore accessed his file soon
after his public misstatement of fact?

No Identification -- Again
BirtherReport.com
reports that according to the law, Barack Obama was required to
register for the Selective Service and he had to present proper
identification, which he did not. You will see from the form that
the "No ID" box is check marked.
Therefore, Obama DID NOT comply with
the law, which is as follows:
Proclamation
4771–Registration Under the Military Selective Service Act -- source:
The provisions of Proclamation 4771 of July 2, 1980, appear at 45 FR
45247, 3 CFR, 1980 Comp., p. 82, unless otherwise noted.
1-3. Manner of Registration.
1-301.
Persons who are required to be registered shall comply with the
registration procedures and other rules and regulations prescribed
by the Director of Selective Service.
1-302. When reporting
for registration each person shall present for inspection reasonable
evidence of his identity. After registration, each person shall keep
the Selective Service System informed of his current address.
Obama's lack of ID, as indicated on the Selective
Service Registration Form makes me wonder what type of ID Obama had at
the time he actually registered for the Selective Service. Did he
have a driver's license? If he did, what documentation, e.g. birth
certificate, social security card, etc., did he present to get his
Driver's license? I know my DMV marks down what type of
identification I bring in to verify my identity. Could the DMV be
another avenue to obtain information on Obama?
I don't know
whether or not the Selective Service Registration Form is a forgery.
It appears that Obama registered the date/month/year he was suppose to
register. The SS Proclamation outlines the requirements for males
born in 1960 and 1961 and it appears that Obama did comply.
However, Obama did not comply with "each person SHALL present for
inspection reasonable evidence of his identity." SHALL means MUST!
Could Obama's non-compliance make him
ineligible to hold public office. If this is the case, then
the birth certificate and/or dual citizenship may not even matter.
Obama would have never been eligible to hold any public office.
So the real question is, did Obama willfully withhold documentation that
would verify his identity?
Whatever the case, the Selective
Service must have additional written documentation on Obama in a special
Selective Service file pertaining to his 1H Classification.
Therefore, is it worth a visit to the Local Selective Service Board in
Hawaii, or could these files be obtained through an FOIA request?
I just have a "nagging gut feeling" that there is something more to
this and no one has bothered to investigate. Looking into it just
might yield some valuable information.
But one question that
needs to be answered is this -- how is it that Obama's draft
registration was postmarked THE DAY BEFORE he signed it?
Draft
Questions
Sharp-eyed Lexie made this observation. Obama's
signatures are different on his allegedly
counterfeit Selective Service Registration and his
Statement of Candidacy. Imagine that?
Selective Service Registration
Candidacy Form
Since the Selective Service Registration form contains a forged signature,
then Obama is in violation of the Selective Service Act. Penalties
for Failure to Register for the Draft:
• Men who do not register could be
prosecuted and, if convicted, fined up to $250,000 and/or serve up to
five years in prison. In addition, men who fail to register with
Selective Service before turning age 26, even if not prosecuted, will
become ineligible for:
• Student Financial Aid -- including
Pell Grants, College Work Study, Guaranteed Student/Plus Loans, and
National Direct Student Loans.
• U.S. Citizenship -- if the man first
arrived in the U.S. before his 26th birthday.
• Federal Job Training -- The Job
Training Partnership Act (JTPA) offers programs that can train young men
for jobs in auto mechanics and other skills. This program is only open
to those men who register with Selective Service.
• Federal Jobs -- men born after
December 31, 1959 must be registered to be eligible for jobs in the
Executive Branch* of the Federal
governmentand the U.S. Postal Service.
In addition, several states have added additional penalties for those
who fail to register.
* Last time I checked, the President
is a member of the Executive Branch, and Obama was definitely born after
12/31/1959. If that isn't his signature, he's NOT ELIGIBLE!
Thanks to all of you who contributed samples of
Obama's signature. After viewing a dozen or so samples, this
signature, posted at Wikipedia and the one on the Candidacy Form,
appears to be the "real deal."
Several readers have made the observation that signatures change over
time, and that is true. However, the draft registration form above
has been demonstrated to be counterfeit, so the question is, who
prepared and signed this forgery, and how did they get it into the
Selective Service Data Center?
U.S. Selective Service In Obama Cover-Up?
Joe Kovacs
says that members of the public searching the federal database for
Obama's registration
are suddenly finding new difficulty, possibly due to the startling
revelation of his alleged
use of a Connecticut-based Social Security Number.
The
Selective Service System, or SSS, collects names of Americans for use by
the Department of Defense in the event of a national emergency. On
its website, it says it provides the nation "with a structure and a
system of guidelines which will provide the most prompt, efficient, and
equitable draft possible, if the country should need it."
Regarding Obama, "He is registered. There is no doubt in our minds
that he has, and we're quite prepared to say so," SSS public-affairs
specialist Dan Amon said, but the agency's online search engine now
appears to be precluding the public from seeing Obama's record after
allowing unfettered access.
The database allows people to search
for registrants as long as a correct name, Social Security Number and
date of birth are entered.
On May 5, WorldNetDaily entered the
criteria for Obama, using his date of birth as Aug. 4, 1961, and his
Social Security Number, which begins with the Connecticut-issued prefix
of 042. The Selective Service database instantly issued a "matched
record" without a problem that day, indicating Obama's Selective
Service Number is 61-1125539-1. It lists date of registration as
Sept. 4, 1980.
However, when the same information was re-entered
on May 20, and the database did not provide the matched record, but
instead posted a
message, stating, "Error. Sorry, your request cannot be
processed at this time because you have exceeded the daily limit for the
verification of these credentials."
The Selective Service was
asked what was causing the sudden problem in retrieving records, and
Amon said it's likely because many people across the nation are now
searching for Obama's records. "If you run into problems, others
have, too," he said. Amon says a hacking attempt several years ago
prompted the agency to beef up security to prevent future electronic
attacks. He initially said the agency created a limit of three
verification requests per day for any given record. "If someone in
Omaha, Neb., does it on a whim, then someone in Ohio does it, then
that's two times."
He said when more than three requests are
submitted -- no matter where they're entered from -- people would see
the error message noting the daily limit has been exceeded. "It's like
20 people trying to crowd into a doorway," Amon explained. "If
nobody else in the world is doing it, if you punch it in the format
suggested, [you get good results]; but if others try, then it will shut
it down."
However, when valid information was repeatedly entered
for another American registrant, it received a matched record without
any error message despite dozens of requests in the same day.
Amon later indicated his statement about the limit of three was "more of
a guess." He said he checked with the information-technology
department about the limit, and admitted, "They got a little edgy."
"They just didn't want to answer it," Amon said, explaining the IT
administrators did not wish to "divulge specifics of the system."
From The Selective Service System
You'll notice that Obama's Selective Service record uses the
Connecticut Social Security Number -- 042-68-4425 -- of all the
Social Security Numbers associated with
Obama, this one is the most frequently used.

Linda Bentley
says a man who fails to register with SS before turning 26 may find
that some doors are permanently closed.
On Sept. 7, 2008, Barack
Hussein Obama appeared on ABC’s "This Week with George Stephanopoulos,"
and stated, "I had to sign up for Selective Service (SS) when I
graduated from high school … And I actually always thought of the
military as an ennobling and, you know, honorable option. But keep
in mind that I graduated in 1979. The Vietnam War had come to an
end. We weren’t engaged in active military conflict at that point.
And so, it’s not an option that I ever decided to pursue."
Some
people did keep in mind that he graduated in 1979 and noted the
registration requirement was suspended in April 1975 by President Gerald
Ford and wasn’t reinstituted until 1980 by President Jimmy Carter in
response to the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. The Military
Selective Service Act required men born in the calendar year 1961 to
register on any of the six days beginning Monday, July 28, 1980.
On Oct. 13, 2008, J. Stephen Coffman, a retired federal agent, filed a
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the SS for a copy of
Obama’s SS registration form. Debbie Schlussel
broke this story on Nov. 13, 2008, questioning myriad peculiarities
about Obama’s registration form. Coffman's FOIA request was
processed on Oct. 29, 2008, two days after the SS claimed it was
received. Coffman received a copy of Obama’s registration form
along with a copy of the computer inquiry screen, which showed an access
date of Sept. 9, 2008, several weeks prior to Coffman’s request.
It was accompanied by a letter from Richard S. Flahavan, associate
director for public affairs and intergovernmental affairs, who stated,
"Also, the enclosed computer inquiry screen indicates that his
registration number is 61-1125539-1, as previously provided to you."
The computer printout shows a transaction date of Sept. 4, 1980 (the
date Obama’s July 29, 1980 registration was entered into the system)
with a last action date of Sept. 4, 1980, signifying nothing else had
been received or entered since the original Sept. 4, 1980 registration
form.
Coffman found it peculiar his request, according to the
computer printout date, was processed on Sept. 9, 2008, several weeks
prior to submitting his request.
On Feb. 9, 2009, Kenneth
Allen submitted a FOIA request for the same records. He received a
response, also from Flavahan, dated March 4, 2009. Flahavan
said a copy of Obama’s SS registration was enclosed along with "the
resultant automated file screen," adding, "Mr. Obama did indeed register
with the Selective Service and was assigned Selective Service Number
61-1125539-1 on Sept. 4, 1980." The 10-digit Document Locator
Number (DLN) 0897080632 is printed or stamped across the top right hand
corner of the registration form.
The computer printout provided to Coffman
displayed an 11-digit DLN of 8089 708 0632. The computer
printouts provided to both Allen and Coffman are both dated Sept. 9,
2008. The copy of the registration form provided to Allen and
Coffman are identical.
However, Allen’s computer printout is titled
"Registrant File Inquiry Report" while Coffman’s is titled "RIMS History
Inquiry Screen," and, the DLN on the computer printout received by
Allen, also an 11-digit number, reads: 0897 080 6320. So, while
Coffman’s printout had an eight added to the beginning, Allen’s had a
zero added to the end.
Once issued, DLNs do not change.
Even though the inquiry screen indicates Allen’s request was processed
on Sept. 9, 2008, just like Coffman’s, it reflects a last action date of
June 25, 1991, showing a Form 50 change letter had been received and
entered then. Records provided to Coffman reflected no such action.
The post office round date stamp on Obama’s registration form also
raised legitimacy concerns. The stamp displays "USPO Honolulu, HI
Makiki Sta." with "Jul 29 80" stamped in the center of the circle on
three lines. However, the two-digit year is stamped off center as
if it should have been a four-digit date.
Last week Sonoran News
received a response to a FOIA request for 17 SS records for the purpose
of making comparisons. Every single one of them has a four-digit
year stamp, including two registrations processed at the very same post
office, one within days of Obama’s. In fact, Bruce Henderson, now
deceased, whose birthday was also in August 1961, registered on Aug. 2,
1980 at the Makiki station and his SS number is 61-1125522-7, just 27
numbers apart from Obama’s. The 10-digit DLN on his registration
form reads: 0897080613 and the 11-digit DLN on the computer printout
reads: 0897 080 6130, indicating a zero had been added to the end.
Henderson’s registration was also entered in the same batch as Obama’s
on Sept. 4, 1980.
Our FOIA request was initially made
in October 2009, but after receiving neither a response nor an
acknowledgement, a subsequent request was made in December 2009 via
certified mail, the receipt of which was promptly acknowledged.
The request was fulfilled by Paula Sweeney from the office of public and
intergovernmental affairs and the computer printouts are dated Jan. 15,
2010 and Jan. 20, 2010.
Every single one of the registrations
processed in 1980 had a zero added to the end of the DLN on the computer
printout, a practice that appears to have changed subsequent to that
time. In fact, a registration dated March 1, 1982 with a 10-digit
DLN of 2120360884 stamped on the registration form, has an 11-digit DLN
of 8212 036 0884 entered in the computer, which appears to be consistent
with registrations added after 1980, and possibly not until 1982.
It became obvious records were created after the fact for Obama and
were later changed. However, the computer access date is frozen on
Sept. 9, 2008; two days after Obama appeared on Stephanopoulos’ show
saying he registered with SS in 1979 when the requirement was
nonexistent.
The mistakes made by adding to and changing the
fraudulently created record after Coffman’s FOIA request was fulfilled
but before the Allen’s was received, provides an audit trail of the
fraud.
It would appear Flahavan, who processed both requests,
should have caught the glaring incongruities. Instead, he got
cocky in his letter to Allen by proclaiming, "Mr. Obama did indeed
register with Selective Service …"
The SS website proclaims,
"Registration is the law. A man who fails to register may, if
prosecuted and convicted, face a fine of up to $250,000 and/or a prison
term of up to five years." It goes on to say, "Even if not tried,
a man who fails to register with Selective Service before turning age 26
may find that some doors are permanently closed," including federal
student loans or grant programs. A man must be registered to be
eligible for jobs in the executive branch of the federal government,
which includes president of the United States. Registration is
also a condition for U.S. citizenship if the man first arrived in the
United States before his 26th birthday.
If Obama arrived in
Hawaii as a citizen of Indonesia, as his school records and mother’s
divorce records indicate, and he didn’t register with SS, he could have
been barred from obtaining U.S. citizenship and may not be one now.
However, those covering up Obama’s tracks have done a sloppy job,
which means there really is a conspiracy to defraud the American people,
not just a theory.
The Question Of Barack Obama's Draft Card:
Has Evidence Been Destroyed?
Alan Jones
is reporting that changes in
the wording of Selective Service System record-keeping requirements,
made days after the opening of an investigation into the alleged forgery
of Barack Obama’s selective service registration form, raise serious
questions about U.S. Government intentions.
The new rules allow existing copies of documents that may be sought
by investigators to be destroyed.
The Selective Service System’s
new privacy rules were published in the Federal Register on Tuesday,
September 20, 2011, four days after the September 16 announcement by
World Net Daily that the Maricopa County (Arizona) Sheriff’s Office
"Cold Case Posse" was opening an inquiry with full subpoena power into
alleged forgery of several documents concerning Obama’s birth and draft
registration.
The new rules, which constitute the first update to
Selective Service System privacy regulations in eleven years, were
published under the title, "Privacy Act of 1974; Publication of Notice
of Systems of Records."
Ongoing controversy surrounding
allegations that some of Obama’s personal identification documents and
records, including his Selective Service draft registration form, are
forgeries came into sharp focus seven months ago.
The "Cold Case Posse," under the leadership of Sheriff Joseph M. Arpaio,
opened an inquiry in response to those allegations.
"This is a full-fledged criminal investigation,"
Michael Zullo, lead investigator, told
Communities@WashingtonTimes.
"Sheriff Arpaio
sent two written
requests in March to the Selective Service System requesting
President Obama’s draft registration records. Selective Service System
officials
responded to Arpaio in writing, but did not turn over any of Barack
Obama’s registration records."
"We believe they are
stonewalling," Zullo added. "In their latest reply letter to the
Sheriff, they do not comment on, or even allude to, the microfilm being
available to inspect."
Changes in the wording of the privacy
rules alters the status of federal records, like the requested draft
registration records, from "record copies" to "nonrecord copies."
Nonrecord copies are subject to disposal.
Previously unnoticed,
the new rules allow the government to destroy microfilm copies of
Selective Service registration records and may create new obstacles for
law enforcement agencies that are requesting records access for
investigative purposes.
If microfilm copies of selective service records are
destroyed, it would make it difficult to prove whether or when Obama
registered with the Selective Service. At issue is whether he attended
Occidental College in Los Angeles as a foreign student, possibly using
an Indonesian passport. Foreign students are not required to register
with the Selective Service, hence if there were no record of his
registration, this would raise questions about Obama’s legal status at
that time. Was his status that of a U.S. citizen or a foreign student,
possibly with dual passports?
A paper copy of Obama’s selective
service registration card, called a form "SSS-1," was obtained days
before the 2008 elections through a FOIA request by Stephen Coffman, a
retired Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent. A spokesperson
from ICE, an agency of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security,
confirmed that Coffman retired from the agency in June, 2007
Investigators with the Cold Case Posse concluded that
the copy of Obama’s Selective Service registration card obtained through
Coffman’s FOIA request was "fraudulently
created." Those findings were announced at a March 1, 2012 press
conference in Phoenix.
"The selective service card (copy) that we
showed in our press conference," said Zullo in an interview with radio
host Frank Beckmann, "We believe that document was fraudulently created
to give the appearance that it was accepted [by Selective Service] in
1980.
"That has some far reaching implications, implications that
Barack Obama himself -- at some point in time -- may have to answer
for."
Richard S. Flahavan, Selective Service System Associate
Director of Public and Intergovernmental Affairs, confirmed in a March
2009 letter to Kenneth Allen that Obama did register for selective
service on July 29, 1980 at a Honolulu, Hawaii post office.
The
original microfilm record of that should be in the care of the National
Archives and Records Administration (NARA). An independent review of the
entire microfilm record, not just Obama’s record, would confirm whether
the record supplied by Flahavan to Coffman and Allen is a true copy of
the original document.
Review of official documents posted on the
websites of the Government Printing Office, NARA, and the Selective
Service System confirms that if Obama registered for selective service
in 1980, the original paper card would have likely been destroyed, but
only after being transferred into original microfilm records, microfilm
record copies, and computer storage systems.
If the status of
those microfilm copies are now "nonrecord" rather than "record," as
would be the case under the new requirement, most of those records could
be permanently destroyed.
Even if the microfilm copy at the
Selective Service System Data Management Center in Illinois has been
destroyed, however, the original microfilm should be held at one of the
Federal Record Centers, long term record facilities operated by NARA.
A popular film scenario has an investigator looking for a document
confronted by hundreds of shelves filled with thousands of boxes full of
documents. If the Cold Case Posse goes looking for Obama’s record, the
change in classification might make its task akin to finding a specific
piece of hay in a haystack
Sheriff Joe Demands Obama Draft Registration
Jerome Corsi
is reporting that Sheriff Joe Arpaio intends to continue
his investigation of Barack Obama’s eligibility. Arpaio's Cold Case
Posse has pressed the director of the Selective Service System not to
destroy any microfilm records that may yet exist of Obama’s 1980 draft
registration form.
In an emergency letter Wednesday to Selective
Service System Director Lawrence Romo, Mike Zullo, the lead investigator
in the Cold Case Posse, asked for reassurance that the microfilm records
still exist.
"We would like to be assured of the disposition of the
microfilm reel or reels containing President Obama’s Selective Service
registration form," Zullo wrote. "Please indicate whether or not you
have possession of the microfilm reel or reels containing President
Obama’s records or access to them."
The concerns were raised
after Arpaio’s office received official confirmation from the Selective
Service System that Obama’s paper draft registration records have been
destroyed after being microfilmed.
In addition,
an article published Monday by the Washington Times "Communities"
social journalism section reported new Selective Service privacy rules
might allow existing microfilm records to be destroyed as well.
Zullo expressed concern the microfilm records of Obama’s draft
registration form might already have been destroyed.
"In the
unfortunate event the microfilm reel or reels containing President
Obama’s Selective Service registration form has been destroyed, can you
please advise of the date the records were destroyed and the location at
which they were destroyed," he asked.
Zullo’s letter gave Romo 10
business days within receipt of the letter to respond.
Romo, who
was appointed director to the U.S. Selective Service System in 2009 by
President Obama, reports directly to the president.
Selective
Service admits destruction
On March 28, Arpaio wrote Romo a
letter directly asking if the Selective Service System still retained
the original paper and ink copy of Obama’s draft registration form.
"If your office has the original, authentic Selective Service
registration form for Barack Obama from July 29, 1980, please indicate
whether or not you have possession of this document," Arpaio wrote. "If
the document is in your possession, please make it available for
inspection by my Sheriff’s Office investigators. We will travel to your
facility to analyze it."
On April 3, Richard S. Flahavan,
associate director of public and intergovernmental affairs for the
Selective Service System, responded to Arpaio with a letter indicating
the agency had destroyed Obama’s original paper and ink draft
registration form.
"The simple response is no; it was destroyed
in 1980," Flahavan wrote. "Per agency policy and practice, when a
Selective Service System record is created from the registration card,
the card is microfilmed and the paper card is then destroyed. This has
been our policy for more than 30 years."
Is the microfilm safe?
In the Communities @Washington Times article, Alan Jones noted that
the Selective Service System
published new privacy rules in the Federal Register Sept. 20, 2011,
four days after WND reported Sept. 16, 2011, that Arpaio had
commissioned the Cold Case Posse to open an inquiry with full subpoena
power into the alleged forgery of several Obama identity documents,
including his long-form birth certificate and his Selective Service
draft registration form.
Jones article noted it was the first
update to Selective Service privacy regulations in 11 years.
The
key change is that the new regulations reclassify the status of draft
registration forms from "record copies" to "non-record copies," with the
proviso that "non-record copies" are subject to disposal.
The new
privacy regulations further allow the Selective Service System to
destroy microfilm copies of Selective Service registration forms under
certain circumstances.
Affidavit: Department Of Homeland Security
Special Agent (ret) Stephen Coffman
"Based on my observations, research, experience and training, it is my belief that the Selective Service registration card I received under the Freedom of Information Act under the name of Barack Obama has been altered."
