They have three more years to do the rest.

| Obama Lies About Being A Bolshevik |
Obama
says he's not a Bolshevik but, folks, the
Communist Party USA loves Obama. Here are just some sample
headlines. "CPUSA and Obama Platforms are Identical." August
8th, 2008: "Forget for the moment about Bill Ayers and Obama's
other Communist friends and mentors of the distant past," and they go on
to cite how his agenda and theirs, Obama's and the CPUSA, are identical.
Look, we had some fun with this in the first hour but Osama has
come out and started spouting every talking point on global warming from
Al Gore and Nobel Peace Prize-winning United Nations to Barack Obama:
Beating up on America, America is destroying the planet, America didn't
sign Kyoto; Osama's signaling his desire to destroy USA, its economy,
Western civilization, capitalism. It's just what the Communist
Party USA wants, just what Obama is doing. Here's another:
CPUSA: Obama Will change USA Forever," and they're happy about it!
August 7th, 2008: "Communist Party CPUSA Endorses Obama."
"Communist Party USA Hails Obama Victory." "'From the
understandably elated editors of the Communist Party USA's people's
weekly, formerly the Daily Worker, July 1st, 2009: 'Communist Party USA
Celebrates Obama's First Six Months.'" "Communist Party USA to
Take the Streets for Obama," August 10th, 2009. This is to oppose
the tea parties and the town hall meetings that were going on.
"Communist Party USA Honors SEIU and the AFSCME Union Leaders."
"CPUSA Speech Lays Out Obama Agenda." I mean, it's right there for
people to see; and these are not, you know, play communists.
They're not all that powerful here. Well, they are actually with
Obama in office. But he says that he's not a Bolshevik. "I'm
not. I'm not an ideologue," but he most definitely is. |

Socialized Medicine Is The Goal |
Trevor Loudon has argued
here,
here and
here that the Communist Party USA, Committees of Correspondence for
Democracy and Socialism and the Democratic Socialists of America are the
driving force behind the Obama push for healthcare "reform".
He
argues
here that the no matter what bill Obama gets passed (if any), it
will only be used by the US far left as a stepping stone to fully
socialized healthcare.
Phil E.
Benjamin is a Senior Editor and a member of the Editorial Collective
of
Political Affairs, theoretical journal of the
Communist Party USA.
Read
what he
just wrote on the Political Affairs editor's blog and tell me I'm
wrong:
It is time to dump the Policy Wonks and
Democratic Party wise guys.
Everyone said and now everyone
knows that the SIMPLER THE BETTER. The more complicated, the
more to make people worried about the details. And, that worry
becomes grist for the Republican media machines.
So the first
step for health reform is to Dump the Congressional Bills......both
of them feed into the Republican machine for 2010 elections.
Mass. showed that.
We must propose what we know people want
and already like.
1. Maintain and expand the Veterans Medical
and Hospitals Systems;
2 Expand the Federally Qualified
Community Health Centers;
3. Drop the Medicare age to 55 to
64 ---- Republicans will not mess with that;
4. Elevate
Medicaid to 150% of the Federal Poverty Level;
5. Open the
Federal Employees Health Benefits Program for non federal employees
to join;
6 Eliminate Pre-Existing Conditions Exclusions
By doing these actions; you are dealing with winners and known
programs. Each of these programs is supported by those in
them.
By dumping the Health Exchanges you eliminate the
number one grist for the Republican mills, i.e., forcing people to
buy insurance. And, to win working people back, voters they
are; Dump the taxing of benefits.
These should be done
immediately....no waiting time.
Then in a year or two we do
another step.
These can and will lead to larger reforms such
as a federally administered Single Payer system; and, toward our
ultimate goal of a National Health Service in our country.
Well? |

John Wojcik
draws our attention to
this piece From the true believers at the Communist Party USA’s
People's World (formerly the
Daily Worker):
Reports released this week show that
Republican claims that the stimulus was a failure are dead wrong and
the labor movement is losing no time by
demanding even more government spending on jobs to break the
neck of the Great Recession.
"The fact is that the American
Recovery and Reinvestment Act is still working," the AFL-CIO said in
a statement late yesterday, "generating more
than 2 million jobs and laying the foundation for future
economic growth." The federation said the positive results
indicate that the government must continue spending heavily to
create millions of additional jobs.
In a report also issued
yesterday, Ross Eisenberry, vice president of the Economic Policy
Institute, tracked monthly job losses before and after the Recovery
Act.
"With unemployment at 9.7 percent today, it’s hard to
appreciate how much more damage the stimulus investments prevented,"
he said, adding, "Without the more than 2
million jobs generated by the Recovery Act, the unemployment
rate would now exceed 11 percent."
Another indication that
the recovery package is working, some economists say, is that the
economy grew 5.7 percent last quarter -- the largest gain in six
years. These economists are saying the growth is largely due
to the Recovery Act and that those who say Obama’s stimulus plan
didn’t work are just plain wrong.
"The fact is that the
Recovery Act did work," declared EPI President Lawrence Mishel,
"precisely as it was designed to work and it has helped
to
produce roughly 2 million jobs that wouldn’t exist if it
hadn’t become law." …
One union leader said the Recovery Act
impacted on much more than just the critical area of job creation,
as essential as that is to an economic recovery. AFT President
Randi Weingarten called the stimulus a "life preserver."
"Kids don’t get a second chance to get a good education. The
Recovery Act was the help they needed, ensuring that schools
continued to receive resources so that teachers could teach and
students could learn."
As the great man once observed, you can fool some
of the people some of the time.
But the CPUSA needs to get a list
of these 2,000,000 jobs the recovery act created (not saved, created) to
Evan Bayh. Maybe they can get him to change his mind about
retiring.
Meanwhile, back here on earth, we have begun to think
that we should call Obama’s stimulus package -- the "simulus" -- since
it was a sham from the gitgo.
Looks like everybody got the "2,000,000 jobs" memo.
Interesting to see who's on the White House's "distribution" list. |

| Communist Boss Tells Comrades to Stick With
Democrats |
Communist Party USA
infiltration
of the Democratic Party has waxed and waned over the years, but now
seems to be reaching for a new high.
A big part of Communist
Party National Secretary
Sam Webb's job consists of working to unite a fractious left behind
and within the Democrat Party.
Webb calls this the "people's
movement" -- in effect all radical forces under the leadership or
influence of the Communist Party and its allies in labor, the churches,
"community organizations," and the
peace movement.
Webb understands that the Democrats are the
best vehicle to push the Communist agenda at this point.
Writing
in the Peoples World Sam Webb
explains:
Only a particular kind of movement
possessing a particular kind of strategic vision has the capacity to
challenge the array of forces on the other side of the class
struggle at this juncture.
At its core are the multi-racial
working class (and its organized sector), the racially and
nationally oppressed people, women, and youth. But gathered in
and around it are many other social movements, including
undocumented immigrants, and political forces, including the Obama
administration and sections of the Democratic Party.
Yes,
sections of the Democratic Party! Until a large section of the
mass constituency of the Democratic Party, as a result of its own
experience primarily, is ready to build a new party with a
pronounced anti-corporate vision, the broader people's movement will
have a tactical relationship to the Democrats, if it has any
political sense. Slogans like "Break with the Democrats" may
sound radical and may look good on one's resume, but at this moment
it is a recipe for marginalization.
With Party "friend"
Barack Obama in the White House, and far left Congressmen such as
Barbara Lee,
John Conyers,
Danny K. Davis and
Dennis Kucinich
pushing a near identical agenda, the Communists would be foolish to jump
the Democrat ship at this point. |
| More ObamaLuv From The CPUSA |
The People's World
(PW) is a news web site associated with the
Communist Party USA
(CPUSA), they recently published an Obama love note entitled,
"Organizing for America launches grassroots 2010 voter drive."
Writer and communist, Dan Margolis, says that the importance of the 2010
mid-term elections, not only to elect or re-elect a local member of
Congress or governor, but also to further the progressive direction of
the country, is not widely understood. Only a few, most notably
the labor movement and its allies, have already drawn up plans for
mobilization.
And while the Democratic National Committee, along
with the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and the Democratic
Congressional Campaign Committee (as well as their opposing counterparts
on the Republican side), have always sought to increase their number of
seats in the House and Senate, there has hardly ever been much of a
grassroots push to do so outside of the labor movement.
But
Organizing
for America (OFA) aims to change that.
Seeking to build on
the momentum of the historic presidential election of 2008, and to
counter the alarming increase in extreme-right wing activism since then,
especially in the tea party movement, Organizing for America, the
grassroots organization allied with President Obama, has launched a
national on-the-ground effort to expand the Democratic majority.
The 2010 elections are just as important as the 2008 elections, many
say. This fall's elections will determine whether the country
continues to move in a progressive direction, away from the past 30
years of extremist rule. It provides the opportunity to "bring
home" the victory against the ultra-right, and knock more Republicans
out of Congress. On the other hand, victories by the Republican
ultra-right would slam on the brakes and significantly narrow the
channels for progressive action.
OFA makes the point that the
mid-term elections are crucial. In order to push forward on
government action for job creation, labor rights, civil rights,
environmental reform and other issues important to working people, the
Republicans' base must be further chipped away -- not allowed to grow.
And, he goes on,
here . . .
It is evident
that this article was a joint effort between CPUSA and OFA. It
would be interesting to know who initiated the project -- the commies or
the White House.
Obama is just
surrounded by communists and socialists
-- how many hard-core Marxists do you know? This guy ain't on the
level. |
| From The Communist Party USA Convention |
Trevor Loudon
says Joelle
Fishman (photo),
from Connecticut is chair of the Communist Party USA's (CPUSA)
political action commission, the Party organ dedicated to coordinating
the communist's electoral work with their labor union, "community
organization" and Democratic Party allies.
She is also the
daughter-in-law of WW2 era Soviet spy,
Victor Perlo.
At the Communist Party convention over the weekend, Fishman told
delegates that the "party plans to focus on key House and Senate races
around the country" to "decisively defeat the extreme right..."
From the
Peoples World:
"The 2010 elections are the next step of our
continuing project to decisively defeat the extreme right and expand
democratic rights, including ridding the federal government of
entrenched corporate interests," Joelle Fishman, chair of the
party's political action commission told the delegates.
"Newt
Gingrich is attempting to frame the 2010 elections with a new
"Contract ON America," to whip up hysteria that government spending
for social needs is against the interests of working people."
The CPUSA, like many progressive economists, has
been saying that it is precisely massive government spending that can
create the millions of jobs needed to solve the economic recession and
cure deficit problems over the long term. The party says nothing
less than a new WPA type program is needed immediately.
Fishman
said there were many encouraging signs already in the electoral arena.
She noted how the International Association of Machinists played a
critical role in Pennsylvania where voters turned Sen. Arlen Specter out
in favor of Rep. Joe Sestak. Specter had double crossed the labor
movement on election law reform by his waffling on support for the
Employee Free Choice Act.
"In Western Pennsylvania, Republicans poured
$10 million into capturing the seat held by Rep. John Murtha, but
they did not succeed," said Fishman. "They rejected slanders
against Democrat Mark Critz and attacks on Nancy Pelosi and
President Obama."
Fishman also noted how conservative Democratic Sen.
Blanche Lincoln in Arkansas was forced into a runoff election with
labor-backed Bob Halter after she voted against health care reform.
The party plans to focus on key House and Senate races around the
country, she said.
Up for election this year are 435 House seats
and a third of the Senate seats. For the GOP to gain control of the
House there would have to be a shift of 45 seats. For Republicans to
gain control of the Senate 6 seats would have to shift.
The top
"battleground states," according to Fishman, are California, Florida,
Illinois, Missouri and Ohio, all states where there are large Communist
Party organizations. |
| Communists Plan Obama/Democrat Comeback in
November |
The New Zeal blog has
published excerpts from a special report to the recent 29th National
Convention of the Communist Party USA, by Joelle Fishman. Joelle
Fishman's role in the Communist Party's Political Action Commission,
which gives her responsibility for organizing Party support for
"progressive" Democratic Party candidates at the state, congressional,
senate and presidential level. She is also, incidentally, the daughter -
in - law of late Soviet spy, Victor Perlo
Fishman acknowledges that the Communist Party
supported Barack
Obama in 2008 -- though certainly not for the first time.
The 2010 elections are at the center of the
struggle for working class relief from economic crisis, poverty,
inequality and environmental devastation. Why? Because
this election will either solidify the progressive breakthrough of
2008, or send the country reeling backward. Barack Obama's
election was a victory won by an amazing broad alliance of which we
were a part. Our contribution focused on building unity,
challenging racism and expanding voter participation.
She -- yes, that's a woman -- then quotes party chairman Sam Webb and goes on
to stress the pivotal nature of the 2010 mid-term elections.
This was an extraordinary expression of
political independence from the extreme right wing. As Sam's
report reminds us, five years ago our major battle was entirely on
the defensive under George W. Bush. The question of how we
expand and build on this political independence has been a big part
of the pre-convention discussion. The 2010 mid-term elections
represent the next step of our continuing project to decisively
defeat the extreme right-wing and expand democratic rights,
including ridding the federal government of entrenched corporate
interests. All 435 House seats and a third of senate seats are
up for election. A shift of 45 seats in the House and six in
the senate would give Republicans the majority. Top
battleground states for the Senate are California, Florida,
Illinois, Missouri and Ohio. We are up against a rabid
right-wing that refuses to accept the election of the first Black
president. Republicans in Congress thought they could bring
down the presidency by blocking health care reform. The Tea
Party was birthed by media extremists and racist elements to break
up the unity of 2008. They were able to change the debate and
peel off some Democratic votes, but they were not able to stop the
legislation. Newt Gingrich is attempting to frame the 2010
elections with a new Contract on America to whip up hysteria that
government spending for social needs is against the interests of
working people. This election is about the ability of families
and youth to make it through this economic crisis. In the
first place it is about the federal government investing in job
creation targeted to the highest poverty areas with training for
displaced workers and young people. It is about relief for
cities and towns, education and youth programs, housing and health
care. Working people are angry and searching for solutions.
Voters' anger can be turned into collective action for a pro-worker
agenda or it can become manipulated by right-wing populism. So
far there are examples of both taking place. Our focus is on
building up the strength of the labor movement, racially oppressed,
women, youth along with LGBT, environment and peace allies as part
of the broad electoral alliance. This goes beyond any one
election to the need for organizing a lasting movement and building
working class leadership in our country that can reorder priorities
and change foreign policy.
Fishman then goes on to trumpet the successes of
the labor movement in countering the "Tea Party" movement, the
Republicans and "moderate" Democrats.

| Communism On The March |
J. R. Nyquist
asks if you have you ever been to the Website of the Communist Party
USA? It's worth studying, if only to compare the policy positions
taken by the Communists with your own. Are you a fellow traveler?
Are you a friend or ally of the left? Perhaps, up until now, you
have been following the party line unwittingly. And what, pray
tell, is the party line? "A better world is possible," says the
Communist Party USA, "a world where people come before profits.
That's socialism. That's our vision." The Communists also
want us to support the elimination of America's nuclear arsenal through
the observance of "Nuclear Abolition Day." They want to end the
travel ban to Communist Cuba. They condemn Israel's brutality on
the high seas, and support oppressed people everywhere. They are
concerned about global warming, and hate the wicked machinations of
finance capital.
Communists aren't likely to support the
oppressed of Cuba, North Korea, China, Vietnam, or Zimbabwe.
Understandably, the American Communist does not dwell upon the
brutalities of Communist rule in other countries. He wants to
establish a positive image in order to win new "friends and allies."
As it happens, the Communists in America have countless friends and
allies: in schools and universities, on newspapers and on television,
even in government.
The leader of the Communist Party USA, Sam
Webb, offered the following "verbal remarks" to the 29th National
Convention of the Communist Party USA last month: He congratulated
Communism's "friends and allies" on recent achievements. "What a
difference between now and five years ago when we convened in Chicago!"
he exclaimed. "At that time a Puerto Rican woman raised in the
South Bronx didn't sit on the Supreme Court. Then the president
didn't call for the abolition of nuclear weapons. Millions had no
health care and no promise of it in the near future.... We weren't
in a position to fight for a progressive agenda, but on the defensive.
The pendulum of power didn't yet tilt in favor of working people, people
of color, women and their allies. And, an African American wasn't
president."
According to Webb, Obama's election ended "the long
night of rule" when the country's most reactionary groups were in power.
The Communists, with help from their allies and friends, had pushed back
the reactionaries. But, he warned, "Corporate negligence is
killing miners and oil workers" while a "racist and anti-immigrant
offensive is thick in the air, the planet's temperature is rising, debt
is piling up, and the right wing and finance capital ... are regrouping
and trying their damnedest to reconstitute their power." The key
to thwarting rightwing extremism, lectured Webb, is to keep following
the applied strategy that "deepened our mass connections" contributing
to the "historic victory in 2008...." It is vital, Webb explained,
"that we further build and unite the working class based coalition that
came together to elect President Obama." This coalition must grow
stronger, in order to "consolidate the victory against rightwing
extremism and, in doing so, weaken the capitalist class as a whole."
The Communists, says Webb, know that they cannot "skin the rightwing
cat" by themselves. They need a popular movement up front, a broad
"people's coalition" that extends far outside the political left.
The Communist Party also needs "good sense in its strategic orientation,
flexibility in its tactics, and freshness and imagination in its
analysis." In that event, says Webb, Communism's best days "are
ahead of us!" It is also important to realize, he explained, that
"we are part of an international movement." Yes, that's right.
Part of something much larger.
A decisive victory over the right
is possible, noted the Communist leader. "Thus, the struggle
against the right, as some suggest, doesn't submerge or bypass or
postpone the class struggle; on the contrary, it is evident that it
brings to the surface, clears the ground, and creates a more favorable
terrain for a more open struggle against finance capital, corporate
power, neo-liberalism, and imperial rule. For now we are in a
transitional stage."
The language is familiar to those who have
studied the long range strategy of the Communist movement globally.
It is also the language of Soviet strategy. "In short," said Webb,
"people's anger is growing, the popular mood is changing, and the
coalition that elected the president is moving forward again. Yes
we can!"
And yes, the Communists can. How is this
possible? Lenin provided an answer many years ago when he wrote a
famous little aside, which reads as follows: "As a result of my
observations," noted Lenin, "I have concluded that the so-called
cultured classes of Western Europe and America are incapable of
comprehending the current situation and the real balance of forces;
these classes should be regarded as deaf and dumb and treated
accordingly."
In light of this, Lenin conceived of a special
maneuver. He proposed that Communism might appear to lose control
of the Soviet government, and Russia might swerve toward capitalism.
"The deaf and dumb will believe it," he emphasized. "Telling the
truth is a bourgeois superstition. On the contrary, it is the end
that sanctifies the lie. While chasing profits in the Soviet
market, the world's capitalists will close their eyes to reality and
thus change into deaf and dumb blind men. They will give us
credits that will help us to maintain Communist Parties in their
countries and, by supplying us with essential materials, will rebuild
the war industry we need for our future victorious attacks on our
suppliers. In other words, they will be working toward their own
suicide."
So the leader of the Communist Party USA can say
openly, in plain view, what his party is doing. The deaf and dumb
will not realize what is happening. The top Communist leadership
is calling for "an incredible grassroots effort" by labor, women, youth
immigrants and "racially oppressed people." These will be
mobilized to "turn back rightwing extremism and increase the Democratic
majority in both chambers in Congress." Nobody believes that the
Communist Party USA is behind anything. It is hardly understood,
at the same time, why it is Russia's "democratic" leaders haven't buried
Lenin. "What is the moral of the story?" asks Webb. "It
isn't that socialism is around the corner; it isn't." But a new
era is upon us, "defined by an intensification of class and people's
struggles...." As Fredrick Engels once wrote: "With this
successful utilization of universal suffrage ... an entirely new method
of proletarian struggle came into operation...."
This is the game
of hate, as played today. |
| Communists Use Democrats To Destroy
"Ultra-Right" |
KeyWiki blog
says The Republican Party
and the "Tea Party Movement" need to understand that their real enemy is
not the Democrats, but the people behind the Democrats.
One of
the major forces behind the Democrats is the almost forgotten and hugely
underestimated Communist Party
USA.
The Communist regard the Democrats as little more than a
tool, a conduit for their own agenda.
This
quote
from an October 2007 Young Communist League board report, by YCL leader
Erica Smiley illustrates my point;
But even though the ultra-right is in
retreat, kicking and screaming and even calling Hillary Clinton’s
half public-half private healthcare proposal "socialist", they still
haven’t been defeated. As Communists, we have to finish the
task of isolating the ultra-right and completely removing them from
power -- using the Democrats to finish the job.
In communist terms, The "ultra-right", is any
organized force to the "right" of the now completely leftist Democratic
Party. That is "middle America," the entire Republican Party and
nowadays, most certainly the Tea Party Movement.
The communists
will have no qualms about using the Democrats to destroy their
"ultra-right" opponents, just as they will not hesitate to smash the
Democrats when the time is appropriate. |
| "Obama Will Open the Door" |
Trevor Loudon
says, that unlike some "fair weather friends" on the left, the
Communist Party USA (CPUSA) has never wavered in its commitment to its
"friend" Barack Obama.
The Party has
backed Barack Obama for many years and recognizes that he has the
potential to deliver the "change" they have campaigned for since their
foundation in 1919.
While leery of making open statements of
support of Obama, in the current political
climate, the Party still likes to send little signals to its supporters
from time to time -- to keep the troops on target.
The latest
comes from Michigan Party supporter,
Kae Halonen, a
"red diaper baby," with roots in the "Red Finnish" communities of
Minnesota and the Pacific Northwest.
Halonen was recently in
Seattle to visit a relative. While there she attended a July 18th
Peoples World benefit picnic in Gennessee Park.
Kae Halonen
addressed the assembled comrades, quoting the "progressive evangelist,
Rev. Don Wallis", that basic change requires two things: a mighty
movement that "knocks on the door" and someone inside willing to "open
the door." Some on the left, she said, "don't understand that we
need someone who will open the door...George W. Bush would never open
the door no matter how hard we knocked. President Obama will open
the door."
The Communist Party aims to lead a "mighty movement"
against the U.S. government, but like the Greek army outside the gates
of Troy, they know they cannot succeed without inside help. |

Difference Anymore? |
The CPUSA Political Action Commission has a
blog headline that says, "12 days to go: The election depends on
you!"
If the grand alliance that elected Barack Obama comes out
in full force to vote we can stop the Tea Party/Republican takeover,
continue moving forward and push further for green jobs, union rights,
health care and the safety net for the common good.
If voters
fail to turnout, the Tea Party/Republican "Promise to America"
alternative is clear: continued tax breaks for the top richest two
percent which will increase the deficit, privatization of social
security, repeal of health care and financial reform, no extension of
unemployment compensation, outsourced jobs, increased racism and severe
limits to democratic rights.
Momentum has been on the side of the
Democrats in the last few days, but most races are too close to call.
Hundreds of millions more dollars are being pumped into smear ads on TV,
radio and internet in an attempt to defeat progressives and suppress
voter turnout. The money is coming from shadow groups funded by
unlimited corporate contributions.
When the choice before our

| Communists Caught Altering History to
Protect Obama |
Trevor Loudon
says Communists have a well deserved reputation for altering history
or "sanitizing the past to suit their purpose. But that's all in
the past, they are open and honest now.... they would never use
deception to advance their agenda, would they......?
Obama has a
long history with several radical groups, including the Communist Party
USA.
The communists naturally want to protect their "friend" from
negative fallout should such associations become publicly known.
It seems they are even willing to censor or alter their own publications
to hide evidence of their past support for Obama. Thankfully the "Wayback
Machine" provides proof positive of the communist's deliberate
dishonesty
The original article,
taken as it appeared on the Communist Party USA website as at December
30, 2007. Note the reference to Communist Party support for Obama
in the 2004 U.S. Senate primaries.
This was also reflected in the historic
election of Barack Obama. Our party actively supported Obama
during the primary election.
And here is the
edited article (current version).
Note that the sentence,
"Our Party actively supported Obama during the primary election." has
been scrubbed from the above article.
Rub the communists face in
their clumsy attempt at deception. Email this post to every
patriot you know. Also send it to any honest Democrats in your
circle of friends or colleagues and ask them what they think of this
blatant attempt to hide the Communist Party's ties to Obama. |
| Obama's Labor Secretary To Honor Communist |
Aaron Klein is reporting that a labor group
affiliated with the nation's largest union is giving its highest prize
for journalism to a writer from the official newspaper of the
Communist Party USA (CPUSA).
Obama's
labor secretary, Hilda Solis, will be on hand for the awards dinner this
week to lead a special session on how to respond to "expected" attacks
from the new Republican-led House.
The International Labor
Communications Association, or ILCA, a national coalition of labor
organizers, is bestowing its media award to John Wojcik, the labor
editor for People's World,
the official CPUSA publication.
He will receive a
feature-writing prize for his Sept. 19, 2009, story, "Steeler Nation
Fights Its Way Back," a short article on the alleged hardships of
steelworkers.
The ILCA is affiliated with the AFL-CIO, the
largest union in the country.
According to an announcement of
the Nov. 19 awards ceremony, Solis will give attendees "a chance to
learn how the Department of Labor will respond to the expected attacks
that will come from the new Republican majority in the House."
The CPUSA has long celebrated the role of labor unions in
electing Democrats.

| Obama’s Governance Is Right Out Of
Communist Plan |
Suzanne Eovaldi
says the Communist plan of forty five declared goals for taking over
America without waging a messy war contains several items that are
eerily similar to Barack Obama’s criticism of our U.S. Constitution.
Obama has said
our sacred Constitution is "fundamentally flawed" because it lacks a
mechanism for redistribution of wealth from those who create it to those
who merely consume it.
"The Constitution is a charter of
negative liberties," Obama told a Black radio station audience about
seven years before he ran for president. Perhaps Obama isn’t
familiar with the words of William Bradford the leader of Pilgrims.
Bradford
characterized redistribution of wealth as a total failure because
"men didn’t like having to share the fruits of their hard labor with
other men who wouldn’t work."
The plan for taking over America
was read into
our Congressional record in 1963 by Florida Democrat A.S. Herlong, Jr.
It contains the following points: "Discredit the American Constitution
by calling it inadequate, old fashioned, out of step with modern needs."
This chilling goal is so similar to the stated criticism Obama made of
our founding document that we need to constantly be aware of how he and
his crew are trying to, in his own words, "fundamentally transform
America."
Did he have these Communist goals at the ready when he
framed his speech just five days before his victory? A review of
what the Communists planned revealed by Herlong, nearly 50 years ago, is
frightening because of how much of this insidious plot is coming true.
For instance, point 15 says, "Capture one or both of the political
parties in the U.S."(no question this one has been met). The next
goal says, "Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic
American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil
rights." Over and over we have seen the will of millions of voters
overturned by just one judge.
Again and again we see decisions
from un-elected government bureaucrats being allowed to abrogate the
wishes of the American people, and what is worse, we are witnessing the
acquiescence of our elected officials who are allowing this to happen!
Goal 17 in this scheme calls for the Communists to:
"Get control of the schools. Use them
as conduits to force socialism and current communist propaganda into
the minds of impressionable children. Soften the curriculum.
Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in
textbooks."
In the outstanding documentary "Waiting for
Superman," noted educational reformer Geoffrey Canada asked, "Why is
this thing (public school system) an utter failure?" He answered
that bad schools make for bad neighborhoods which is the opposite of
what we’ve been told many times as "educrats" make us feel guilty about
not giving enough money to our schools.
Another great
educational reformer Howard Fuller talked about the "Dance of the
Lemons" which forces school officials to rehire bad teachers over and
over again. Both men stressed the involvement of the NEA and AFT
which gave "$55 million to federal candidates, more than any other
lobby, and 90% of those teachers’ dollars went to the Democrat party, a
wholly owned subsidiary of the teachers’ unions."
The breakdown
of American morality, fostering pornography under the guise of freedom
of speech, plus legal initiatives eliminating prayer in our schools are
recommended in the Communist plan as is using our legal system’s
principle of separation of church and state to consolidate their
victories. These things are happening now.
Why are we
letting our country be destroyed from within? When will this
scheme be revealed for what it is? |
| Exposing Un-American Activities |
Dinesh D’Souza says in his new book that Barack
Obama is an anti-colonialist. Stanley Kurtz has a new book,
Radical-in-Chief, which says Obama is a socialist. The new book
Dupes by Paul Kengor tells the unvarnished truth. And that’s
because he makes use of material we started releasing back in February
0f 2008 about Obama’s communist mentor, Communist Party USA member Frank
Marshall Davis. New Zeal blogger Trevor Loudon broke that story
and we confirmed it.
Cliff Kincaid says I hate to say, "We told
you so," but Herbert Romerstein and I held a briefing in May of 2008 in
Washington, D.C. releasing two reports, "Communism in Chicago and the
Obama Connection," and "Communism in Hawaii and the Obama Connection."
Then, in August of 2008, I released the 600-page FBI file on Frank
Marshall Davis. The response from the media included Dana Milbank
of the Washington Post making fun of us and Matt Drudge of the Drudge
Report refusing to run paid advertising on the Obama-Davis connection.
The liberal and conservative media had their heads in the sand.
They couldn’t come to grips with the unprecedented prospect of a
possible agent of influence for the international Marxist movement
occupying the Oval Office.
Herb Romerstein is a veteran
congressional researcher and patriot who was ridiculed by Milbank as a
"relic" of the anti-communist period. Kengor dedicates his book to
Romerstein, the author of numerous books on Soviet espionage operations,
describing him as a human Cold War archive. Thank God we have
patriots like Herbert Romerstein.
Paul Kengor says that
conservatives were reluctant to face up to the truth about Obama because
they didn’t want to be accused of "McCarthyism" for raising the issue of
his communist connections. The 600-page Kengor book includes the
excerpts of the Davis FBI files that others have shied away from.
Kengor, a professor at Grove City College, is not afraid to tackle the
terrible truth. We need more like him in academia.
The difference
between calling Obama an anti-colonialist, a socialist, or a Marxist
mentored by a top operative of the CPUSA is that one category should
immediately earn you an FBI investigation. Former FBI agent Max
Noel says the Bureau used to investigate candidates for federal
employment by analyzing Character, Associates, Reputation, and Loyalty
to the United States. The first letters in those words make up the
acronym CARL.
Obama could not have been elected president if he
had been subjected to the CARL test. Leaving Davis aside -- and he
was on the FBI’s "security index" -- Obama’s relationship with communist
terrorists Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn was enough to disqualify him
for the presidency. Photos of the Weather Underground bomb factory
they abandoned in San Francisco in 1971 reveal these Cuban-trained
terrorists were working on anti-personnel weapons, including stabbing
devices, and had C-4 plastic explosive.
The big news today is
that some of the people who have been supporting Obama from the start in
Chicago are now under investigation by the FBI, suspected of providing
support to foreign terrorist organizations in Latin America and the
Middle East. This is a trail that could lead all the way to the
White House.
Joe Iosbaker and Stephanie Weiner, who are husband
and wife, had their homes and offices raided because of suspicions that
they were providing support to foreign terrorist organizations.
Both of them have been associated with the Marxist-Leninist Freedom Road
Socialist Organization (FRSO) and the Chicago New Party that included
Barack Obama.
FRSO is one of several U.S.-based communist groups
affiliated with a global organization known as the International
Communist Movement. Other American affiliates are the Communist
Party USA, the Party for Socialism and Liberation, the Progressive Labor
Party, and the Workers World Party.
Since 1992, the International
Communist Movement has sponsored the International Communist Seminar
(ICS), organized every year in Brussels, Belgium, and which "gathers
parties and organizations which defend Marxism-Leninism and proletarian
internationalism, and which oppose revisionism." About 150
organizations of Africa, Latin America, North America, Asia and Europe
have participated in its sessions.
Despite what you hear or see
from the major media, international communism is not dead.

| The Communists And The Democrats |
If you think this cartoon is silly propaganda,
check this out, the
"CPUSA Program, The Road to Socialism USA." The word "Democrat" or
"Democratic" appears many dozens of times.
What is difference
between the Communists and the
Progressive Democrats?
Nothing -- the Democratic Party appears to be doing an excellent job at
promoting all of the goals of the Communist Manifesto. |
|
Obama's Commie Supporters |
Jarvis Tyner, executive vice chair of the
Communist Party USA and a long-time member of the party's national
board, says there is a lively discussion in left progressive circles
about the response to the tax (and unemployment insurance) extension
compromise, and where to go after the midterm election set back.
Left and progressive activists and voters have played a very important
role in the fight against the extreme right-wing. I think most
left people understand that the main danger to democracy and progress is
coming from the extreme right, GOP/tea party and their powerful
corporate backers.
The Communist Party will not agree with our
liberal allies at every turn, but we keep pushing for unity, we keep
working to find the tactics that keep a broad labor and people's
coalition, that keeps the movement for change going.
In
my view, too many people are arguing that the compromise tax bill "is
the last straw" and "I'm through with Obama." This view singles
out the tax breaks for the rich and largely ignores the concessions the
GOP had to make to the working class. The fact is if the bill had
been dumped it would have meant several million workers would go from
low income to no income. Taxes would have gone up for working people.
And Republicans would still do their thing in the next Congress
only with new powers.
I completely agree that it is wrong to
continue tax breaks for billionaires. It's like rewarding the
crooks for their crimes. But that is not the whole picture.
In my opinion, a winning strategy has to be based on the real world;
on the facts, not on subjective feelings that we all understandably have
at this point. Serious change makers should not let those
feelings be the sole guide as to how to move forward. If we want
to win more economic and democratic rights for working people,
minorities, women, young people, etc., it is self defeating to use this
tax compromise difference to "break" with Obama. (I have to add
that there are some voices who advocate a "break" that were never "with"
the coalition to elect Obama in the first place.)
The stakes for
our country and world are too high for any break -- or left/progressive
go it alone -- tactics. Theories that promote "the worst things
get, the better the opportunity for progressive change" are too
simplistic and one dimensional. The problem is more complicated
then that.
The economic crisis is deep, and millions of working
people are suffering. The facts are that the Republicans policies
deepened the crisis yet, they made the greatest gains in the last
election.
The times we live in call for a strategy and tactics
that will bring victories; victories that can be built on.
Victories that will better conditions of life not create more suffering.
Working and racially oppressed people have suffered enough.
Everybody understands that running an election and running a country are
different. It is my view that the Obama administration policies
and legislative victories have helped tens of millions of working
families -- perhaps more then any president in living memory --
considering the short time and the challenges he faced in office.
Much more needs to be done but this struggle is a marathon not a sprint.

The italics are mine,
but they remind us that Obama's "change" and the CPUSA's "change" are
indeed the same thing.
Every time Obama refers to "change" he is
talking about socialism. |
