Obama has repeatedly stated that the reason he's closing Gitmo is that it's a public relations tool for al-Qaeda -- that a key motivator driving this jihad is the existence of Camp Delta.

I say nonsense!  I further say to Obama, prove it!  Prove that statement.  If that's your justification for freeing terrorists, prove it.  Where's your evidence? 

Al-Qaeda had no problem signing up Muslims to kill anyone that wasn't a Muslim long before Camp Delta was even a notion.  So, what makes Obama think that Gitmo has anything to do with this jihad?  Muslims have been slaughtering people for 16 or 17 centuries.  It's what they do.  They are encouraged to spread their false religion by the sword.  It's in the Quran.  The Quran contains at least 109 verses that call Muslims to war with nonbelievers.  Some are quite graphic, with commands to chop off heads and fingers and kill infidels wherever they may be hiding.  Muslims who do not join the fight are called "hypocrites" and warned that Allah will send them to Hell if they do not join the slaughter.

Obama, studied Islam.  He was enrolled in "mengagi" classes for 3 or 4 years.  He has studied the Quran in it's native Arabic.  He has publicly recited the shahada, the Arabic call to prayer.  According to Islamic scholars, reciting the shahada, the Muslim declaration of faith, makes one a Muslim.  He knows what's in the Quran.  He knows that long after all of us are gone, Muslim fanatics will still be engaged in the wholesale murder of anyone that offends their false prophet or their sensibilities, or whatever drives their twisted need for bloodletting.
